Confirm Details 48 Hours Ahead
Reach out to customers two days before the event to confirm the address, setup time, access instructions, and any special requirements.
Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 30–60 minutes before the agreed setup time. Account for traffic, parking, and unexpected setup challenges.
Document Condition
Take photos of items before and after each rental. This protects you in case of damage disputes.

How much does it cost to list on PropsNVibes?
Creating an account and listing items is completely free. We only charge a small commission (typically 10–15%) when you make a successful booking.
How do I get paid?
Connect your bank account through Stripe Connect in your vendor Settings page. Once connected, payouts are sent automatically the moment a customer's completion code is verified — no manual steps needed. Funds typically arrive within 2–3 business days. If you haven't set up Stripe Connect, payouts are handled manually by our team.
What if a customer damages my equipment?
Every booking includes damage protection. If damage occurs, you can file a claim through the platform and we'll work with both parties to resolve it fairly.
Can I set my own delivery zones?
Yes! You define your delivery radius and can set different delivery fees based on distance. You can also offer customer pickup if you prefer.
How long does vendor verification take?
Most vendors are verified within 1–2 business days. We review your business information, insurance documents, and identification to ensure quality and safety.
Can I pause my listings?
Absolutely. You can pause individual listings or your entire storefront at any time from your vendor dashboard. Paused listings won't appear in search results.
How do packages work?
Go to Dashboard → Packages to create bundles of your listings at a discounted price. Set a bundle price, add images, and publish. Packages appear on your vendor profile and can be booked as a single item.
How do deposit payments work?
Enable deposit payments on any listing under Pricing & Specs. Set a deposit percentage (25–75%). Customers pay the deposit at checkout, and you can collect the remaining balance from your Orders page before the event date.
What are vendor badges and how do I earn them?
Badges are trust signals displayed on your profile and listings. They're automatically awarded based on your performance — Top Rated (4.5+ rating with 5+ reviews), Fast Responder (average response under 2 hours), Verified (Stripe connected), and Experienced (100+ completed orders).
Can I create rental agreements?
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Agreements to create reusable rental agreement templates. Set one as your default, and it will be shown to customers during checkout. They must accept the terms before completing their booking.
